About the Role

This Video Editor role at Zlan Creations involves working on various video projects, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality visual and audio outputs that meet client expectations. You will be responsible for editing videos, creating motion graphics, and collaborating with the team to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video footage to create engaging and polished final products, adhering to client briefs and project timelines.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project execution, from pre-production to post-production.
• Apply color grading and visual aesthetics to enhance the overall look and feel of the video.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of video production software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in video editing and production.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing video editing and production skills.
• Basic knowledge of color grading and visual effects software, such as Adobe After Effects or Blackmagic Design Fusion.
