Job Description
About the Role
As a Sales Development Intern at ZF Group, you will be at the forefront of our GTM execution, responsible for hunting for leads, mapping enterprise accounts and buyer journeys, and building demand for our products. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop SaaS and consultative sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and industry event visits
- Qualify accounts/prospects based on set criteria
- Identify prospects' context, pains, needs, and challenges
- Set up meeting calls between Account Executives and prospective clients and conduct briefing
- Reschedule/follow-up with prospects if meetings do not occur
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads and prospects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 6 months' experience in sales and/or sales prospecting
- Experience using Salesforce
- Strong work ethic and drive; ability and willingness to make 40 calls a day
- Ability to treat rejection as a learning experience and persevere
- Strong communication skills
- Language fluency in English, and at least one regional language
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and ability to embed AI usage in daily operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
