About the Role
In this role as a Chartered Accountancy Industrial Trainee - Finance Controlling, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing financial statements, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models, including budgeting and forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Review and analyze financial statements to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of financial process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information.
Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountancy (CA) certification or pursuing CA.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
