About the Role

As an Operations Associate at Zerodha Fund House, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, contributing directly to the mission of revolutionizing the financial landscape in India. This role involves managing daily operational tasks, conducting timely reconciliations, and maintaining accurate cash positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational tasks including cash flow management and NAV computation
• Conduct timely reconciliations, trade processing, settlements, and trade reporting for mutual fund schemes and PMS clients
• Maintain accurate daily cash positions, expense accruals, and income accruals
• Ensure compliance with KYC norms and support investor onboarding processes
• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions with accuracy and timeliness
• Support finalisation of taxation matters, including TDS, GST, and other regulatory requirements
