Role Overview The Barista represents Aeka's Coffee on the floor and is responsible for delivering consistently high-quality beverages along with a warm, confident customer experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare coffee and beverages as per defined SOPs Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar Interact confidently with customers and explain the menu Multitask and follow instructions accurately. Follow hygiene and safety standards Participate actively in training and skill development programs What we're looking for (experience + soft skills) Genuine interest in coffee and hospitality Willingness to learn, improve, and take feedback positively Strong attention to detail and consistency Friendly, calm, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical stamina for standing and lifting moderate weights. Preferred Previous customer service or food service experience. Knowledge of coffee beans and flavors.
