Description: We are seeking a versatile and data-driven Accounts Intern to oversee critical financial operations, controls, lead digital transformation initiatives, and optimise business operations. This role requires a blend of technical financial expertise, project management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and efficiency. Responsibilities: Digital Transformation & ERP Leadership Act as the primary Project Lead for ERP implementation, leading the digital transformation of accounting and operational workflows. Streamline manual processes into automated digital systems to enhance data accuracy and cross-departmental efficiency. Financial Analysis & Due Diligence Perform comprehensive data consolidation, reconciliation, and analysis during Financial Due Diligence (FDD) phases. Oversee GST workings, including 3-year statutory reconciliations, internal audits, and regular filings to ensure 100% compliance. Operational Audit & Cost Recovery Conduct rigorous logistics audits and remittance tracking. Identify financial leakages and manage vendor recovery processes (proven track record of recovering substantial outstanding amounts). Inventory & Sales Analytics Manage inventory levels using advanced sales analysis, demand forecasting, and consumer behaviour metrics (e.g., Cart Analysis). Monitor D2C sales performance and perform detailed RTO (Return to Origin) tracking to minimise operational overhead. Strategic B2B Engagements Lead B2B sales initiatives at major public industry events (e.g., AAHAR), focusing on maximising revenue and closing high-value deals. Skills Required: Professional qualification in Finance (CA Finalist). Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations and digital systems. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power Query, and ERP environments (preferred). Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis and Reconciliation. Hands-on experience in ERP Project Management (preferred) Strong knowledge of GST compliance and Statutory Audits. Strategic mindset for inventory optimisation and B2B sales.
