About the Role

As an SAP SD(Pharma) professional at Zensar Technologies, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module for the pharmaceutical industry. This involves configuring and customizing the system to meet the specific needs of the clients, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and providing technical support to end-users.

Day-to-day tasks will include creating and maintaining business processes, configuring pricing and billing rules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as DSCSA and GDPR.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP SD module for pharmaceutical clients
• Implement business processes and workflows to meet client requirements
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, such as SAP MM and SAP FI
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD module and its applications in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with SAP configuration and customization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DSCSA and GDPR
