About the Role

Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the LeadSquared CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, system hygiene, and process compliance

2. Create, update, and optimize workflows, automations, forms, reports, and dashboards within the CRM

3. Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement effective CRM solutions

4. Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency through CRM optimization

5. Act as the first point of contact for internal technology-related hardware and software support requests

6. Manage and resolve internal tickets while coordinating with stakeholders for timely issue resolution

7. Document processes, solutions, and best practices for internal reference

8. Analyze AI-generated call recordings, transcripts, and insights to monitor performance and identify improvement areas

9. Evaluate chatbot performance, conversation flows, and user interactions to enhance engagement and resolution rates

10. Work with vendors and internal teams to implement improvements in conversational AI tools

11. Prepare dashboards, reports, and business insights using available tools

12. Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends and support decision-making

13. Assist management with ad-hoc data requests, reporting, and process reviews
