About the Role

As a Recruitment Trainee at Zealotech People, you will be responsible for assisting the recruitment team in various tasks such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will work closely with the hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure that the right candidates are presented to them. Your day-to-day tasks will involve researching job openings, creating job postings, and maintaining databases of potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring that they meet the required qualifications and skills.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain databases of potential candidates, including their contact information and qualifications.
  • Assist in creating job postings, including writing job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and company websites.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and external candidates, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws.
