About the Role
In this Junior US Recruiter role, you'll be responsible for identifying top talent for US-based clients, developing effective recruitment strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hiring processes.
As a Junior US Recruiter, you'll work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to find the best fit for their organizations.
With a focus on international marketing and customer service, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify top talent for US-based clients through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs and achieve hiring goals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure the best fit for client organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless hiring processes and meet client expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international marketing and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Certifications in recruitment, customer service, or a related field (optional).
