Job Description – Project Management Intern We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to assist in managing and coordinating software development projects, including websites, web applications, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with an interest in software project management and client handling. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with developers, designers, QA team, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in managing website, web application, and mobile application projects from initiation to delivery. Track project progress, timelines, tasks, and deliverables. Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports. Follow up with team members on pending tasks and deadlines. Communicate project updates to internal teams and clients. Help in requirement gathering and task allocation. Monitor project quality and ensure timely delivery. Use project management tools such as Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms. Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, or related field. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with website and mobile app development processes is an added advantage. Knowledge of project management tools is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of UI/UX and software workflows. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
