About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Yogic Software Private, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within the Kolkata Metropolitan Area. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to existing clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Kolkata Metropolitan Area
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Work closely with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and sales insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 0-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM tools and software solutions, including SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with the Telecom Industry and Computer Applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
