About the Role
Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition for our recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities (B2B hiring requirements) Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and networking Pitch YO HR's recruitment and staffing services Understand client hiring needs and share relevant solutions Convert leads into active clients/contracts Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Coordinate with internal recruitment team for requirement closure Maintain pipeline and track progress in CRM / Excel Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets Required Skills Strong communication & negotiation skills Experience in B2B sales / HR services/recruitment industry (preferred) Ability to do cold outreach and lead generation Familiarity with LinkedIn and sales tools Target-driven and self-motivated Understanding of hiring / recruitment process Skills: business development,sales,linkedin,recruitment,business opportunities,hiring,phone interviewing,b2b,staffing services
