About the Role

As a Senior Officer - CASA (Customer Acquisition and Servicing), you will be responsible for managing and growing the bank's CASA (Current and Savings Account) portfolio, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention, and contribute to the bank's overall revenue growth.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the bank's CASA portfolio by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with the sales team to cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and sales performance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 0-4 years of experience in banking or finance, preferably in CASA or sales roles.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including CASA, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Gold.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer service principles and practices.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
