Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Talent Recruitment Executive. The Talent Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing job descriptions, managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, providing an excellent candidate experience, and contributing to organizational workforce planning. Qualifications Experience in sales hiring Experience in bulk hiring Experience of working with job portals like naukri ,indeed Experience in hiring via LinkedIn & other social media Proficiency in Job Description Development and end-to-end Hiring processes Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and candidates Experience in Interviewing and Recruiting candidates across various roles Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Familiarity with using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in the education or corporate training industries is advantageous
