Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Ensure timely follow-up on recruitment and onboarding activities.

What You'll Need

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 0-6 Months of experience in Human Resources.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and LinkedIn.
