Business Development Associate
Job Description
About the Role
This Business Development Associate role involves identifying potential property partners, researching and acquiring new properties, and onboarding them onto the SpotLet platform. You will be responsible for building relationships with property owners, presenting the benefits of the platform, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your day-to-day tasks will involve lead generation, host acquisition, property onboarding, CRM management, market intelligence, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential farm houses, homestays, resorts, guest houses, banquet halls, wedding venues, and film shoot locations across India.
- Research and identify property owners or decision-makers using Google Maps, social media, business directories, and other online sources.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential property partners.
- Contact property owners through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Present SpotLet's features, benefits, and business model effectively.
- Convince property owners to register their properties on the SpotLet platform.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
