## Overview

• Job Location:Bangalore

• Shift:Rotational 24/7 Operations

## Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monitoring of infrastructure and incident management

• Manage basic network troubleshooting, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

• Support for Linux as well as Windows systems

• Track server performance metrics, like memory, CPU and use of disks

• Use cloud fundamentals to work (Azure preferred)

• Manage storage concepts, including RAID, SAN/NAS, and backup process

• Make use of monitoring tools like SolarWinds and Nagios

• Use ticketing platforms for ticketing, such as ServiceNow and Jira

• Follow ITIL procedures, SLA management, and procedures for escalation

## Requirements for the L1 Technical Consultant Role

• Basic understanding of computer systems and IT

• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English

• Positive attitude to learning and willingness to improve

• Rotational shifts are available in an environment of support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
