About the Role

As a Scrum Master at WPP, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products on time. This involves ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles, removes impediments, and maintains transparency in performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum team meetings, ensuring that they adhere to Agile principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain Scrum artifacts, such as the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts.
• Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices for collaboration and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are managed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (CSM or CSM-PO)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to remove impediments and blockers
• Technical acumen in software development or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
