This internship is designed for individuals who are keen to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment along with core HR administrative functions in a fast-paced, professional environment. Work Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (WFO) Duration: 2 Months Bonus: Deserving interns who exceed performance expectations will get a favorable Letter of Recommendation. Stipend: 5K Paid As an HR Intern, you will support daily HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment coordination, candidate management, and internal HR administration. This role provides practical exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and essential HR operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring Support Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, internal databases, social media platforms, and referrals. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability and interest. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards. Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps. HR Administration Support Assist in maintaining employee and intern records, documentation, and HR trackers. Support onboarding activities including offer coordination and joining formalities. Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and internal HR reports. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling HR-related data.
