About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who enjoys interacting with customers, solving problems, and delivering timely solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and accurate support to customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Process customer orders, requests, applications, modifications, and account-related queries.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on products and services to provide accurate information.

  • Meet customer satisfaction goals, response time targets, and call handling metrics.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
