About the Role
This Customer Support Executive role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced BPO environment. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for international clients, and your primary goal will be to provide accurate resolutions to their queries while maintaining high standards of communication and customer satisfaction.
You will be working in a dynamic team environment, handling customer calls and chat, and documenting customer interactions appropriately. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills in English, a customer-focused mindset, and problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and chat for international clients professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality parameters.
- Document customer interactions appropriately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Experience in International Voice and Chat BPO domain (not mandatory).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
