About the Role
This Customer Service Specialist role involves delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries, and identifying sales opportunities for international clients.
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns, and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions for international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to achieve sales targets (Inbound Sales).
- Build rapport with customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and convert customer opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
