Telesales Inside Sales Executive

About the Role
As a Telesales Inside Sales Executive at Witbloom Training & Placement, you will be responsible for generating new leads and converting them into sales through phone calls and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to identify potential customers, build rapport with them, and persuade them to purchase our products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate new leads and convert them into sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve common sales goals.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Domestic calling and lead generation experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Outbound cold calling and telesales experience.
- Wiring and communication skills.
