This Customer Support Executive role involves interacting with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide timely and professional assistance. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications).
- 0-0 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
