About the Role

Winway Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a skilled Accountant to join their team in Dhanbad, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, or Jamsedpur.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Record Keeping & Reconciliation: Record day-to-day transactions and reconcile bank and ledger accounts to prevent discrepancies.
• Tax & Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns while ensuring compliance with standard accounting principles (like GAAP or IFRS) and local regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor cash flow, assist in compiling budgets, and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Payroll & Accounts: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and process employee payroll accurately.
• Auditing: Conduct internal audits and assist external auditors to verify financial accuracy and security.

What You'll Need

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Strong knowledge of MS-Office and MS-Excel.
