About the Role

ABOUT THE ROLE You'll start as a Management Trainee and work directly with senior consultants to understand client businesses, identify their digital pain points, and present tailored solutions across SEO and digital marketing. Within months, you won't just be selling a service — you'll be consulting clients on their entire online growth strategy. This is a role for people who want to build a real career, not just a job. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reach out to pre-qualified business leads via phone and email to introduce our digital solutions and schedule discovery conversations Conduct structured discovery calls to understand each client's business goals, current online presence, and growth challenges Identify key pain areas — low search visibility, poor lead flow, weak digital presence — and map them to our SEO and marketing solutions Build meaningful long-term relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and value-driven communication Collaborate with senior managers to prepare tailored proposals and participate in pre-sales presentations and deal closures Manage client onboarding post-deal sign-off, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline and share regular progress updates with your team lead Continuously upskill on SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing trends to become a credible advisor to every client YOUR GROWTH TIMELINE: Month 1–3 · Management Trainee ₹20,000/month stipend. Learn the product, shadow senior consultants, begin daily outreach and build your pipeline. Month 4 · Junior Consultant CTC confirmed at ₹4 LPA for all trainees who complete the programme. Begin co-leading client proposals and running independent discovery calls. Month 6 · Digital Marketing Sales Consultant Own your deals end-to-end. Lead client onboardings. Consult on broader digital strategy beyond SEO. Significant CTC revision at this stage.
