About the Role

The Sales Executive role at Wild Honey Hunters involves interacting with customers at our kiosk in Avinashi, engaging them with our products, and managing daily sales. This position is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in B2C or retail sales. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kiosk, handling customer queries, and managing sales records.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and explain the benefits of our products.
• Maintain the kiosk's hygiene and product display to create a positive customer experience.
• Manage daily sales records to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Meet or exceed daily sales targets to contribute to the growth of the business.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Strong customer handling skills to provide excellent customer service.
• Basic product knowledge, which will be provided through training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Degree in any field (preferably in business or commerce).
