About the Role
As an Accounts Intern at WeVOIS, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices, and performing data entry tasks. Your primary focus will be on developing a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on learning and growth in the field.
You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations, and contribute to the overall success of the company by providing administrative support and maintaining organized records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, bills, and other financial documents
- Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Learn and apply accounting principles and practices to support the company's financial operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Tally and accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and apply accounting principles and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
- Knowledge of data entry and record-keeping procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
