About the Role

As a Junior Loan Officer at WeMakeScholars, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end loan process for students seeking education loans.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the underwriting criteria and policies of partner banks, including SBI, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and HDFC Bank.
• Screen education loan applications, guide students on required documentation, and coordinate with bank officials to ensure seamless loan processing.
• Address and resolve student queries related to education loan procedures and requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end loan process, from eligibility assessment through final loan sanction.

What You'll Need

• No prior experience is required.
• Proficiency in spoken languages such as Bengali, English, Hindi, Tamil, and Gujarati.
