About the Role

As a Financial Officer at WeMakeScholars, you will play a crucial role in the education loan underwriting process, working closely with partner banks to ensure smooth loan processing for students. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a thorough understanding of the education loan underwriting criteria of partner banks, including SBI, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and HDFC Bank. You will also be responsible for screening education loan applications, guiding students on documentation requirements, and coordinating with bank officials for loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the education loan underwriting criteria of partner banks, including SBI, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and HDFC Bank.
• Screen education loan applications and guide students on documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with bank officials for smooth loan processing.
• Address and resolve student queries related to the education loan process.
• Manage the end-to-end education loan process, from eligibility assessment to loan sanction.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient loan processing.
• Provide excellent customer service to students and parents throughout the loan process.

• Bachelor's degree in any field (freshers are encouraged to apply)
