About the Role
This Banking Officer role involves working closely with partner banks to facilitate smooth education loan processing for students. You will be responsible for understanding the underwriting criteria of various banks, screening loan applications, and coordinating with bank staff to ensure timely loan sanctioning.
As a Banking Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for students seeking education loans, and you will play a crucial role in advising them on documentation requirements and loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen education loan applications and advise students on documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with bank staff to ensure smooth processing of education loans.
- Work on solving students' queries related to education loans.
- Manage the loan process from eligibility to sanctioning.
- Familiarize yourself with the underwriting criteria of partner banks, including SBI, BOB, ICICI, Axis Bank, HDFC, etc.
- Develop strong relationships with bank staff to ensure efficient loan processing.

- Gujarati Proficiency (Spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of banking and finance concepts.
