About the Role
As a Banking Associate at WeMakeScholars, you will be responsible for evaluating education loan applications, guiding students through the application process, and resolving queries related to education loans.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate education loan applications based on partner bank underwriting criteria.
- Guide students on documentation and coordinate with partner banks for smooth loan processing.
- Resolve student queries related to education loans and the application process.
- Manage the end-to-end education loan journey, from eligibility assessment to loan sanction.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in languages such as Bengali, English, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam.
