Key Responsibilities: Sale Campaign Assets Design campaign creatives for seasonal and promotional sales including banners, thumbnails, D2C creatives, and emailers that communicate urgency and brand value effectively. Performance Creative Design Create visually engaging static and motion-ready creatives for paid marketing campaigns, designed to capture attention and drive conversions while maintaining strong brand aesthetics. Marketplace & Ecommerce Visuals Develop platform-compliant ecommerce and marketplace creatives that stand out across digital platforms while adhering to brand and specification guidelines. Multi-Format Creative Adaptation Adapt and resize creatives across multiple dimensions including stories, feeds, display ads, website banners, and other digital formats while maintaining visual consistency and design integrity. Qualifications: * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools * Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, branding, and layout hierarchy * Knowledge of web & mobile banner design and D2C/ecommerce aesthetics * Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and social-first creative trends * Strong attention to detail with a creative and performance-driven mindset * Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment
