About the Role

As a Voice Support Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support via phone calls. Your day-to-day tasks will involve resolving customer queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with the customer support team to identify and escalate complex issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints.

Your role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to senior support agents or team leads as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, and address their queries and concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer support skills.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of software applications and technology, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
