About the Role
As an IT Executive at WebTech Software Solutions, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless IT operations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems. You will also be involved in IT recruitment and ITES processes, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including network, printer, and computer problems
- Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, and laptops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes
- Assist in IT recruitment and ITES processes, including candidate screening and onboarding
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and knowledge base articles
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with ITES processes and recruitment software
- Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java
