About the Role

As an IT Executive at WebTech Software Solutions, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless IT operations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including network, printer, and computer problems
• Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, and laptops
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes
• Assist in IT recruitment and ITES processes, including candidate screening and onboarding
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and knowledge base articles
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Familiarity with ITES processes and recruitment software
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java
