Junior Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with data, identifying meaningful insights, and supporting business decisions through accurate reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data analysis tools
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly business reports
• Validate data accuracy and maintain data integrity
• Support senior analysts in research and analytical projects
• Write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data
• Document analysis processes and present findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

What You'll Need

• 0–2 years of experience in Data Analysis (or relevant internship/project experience)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas)
• BASIC understanding of SQL
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• BASIC knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
