About the Role

As an IT Support Intern at WebArt Technology Pvt Ltd., you'll be responsible for providing first-line technical support to the company's employees and clients. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless IT operations, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, or in-person

• Document technical solutions and maintain accurate records of IT incidents and resolutions
• Assist in maintaining the company's IT inventory, including hardware and software assets
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and security

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of hardware and software components, including networking fundamentals
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of IT policies and procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
