About the Role

As an HR Recruiter at Wealth Zone Technologies, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our team. This role involves conducting structured interviews, sourcing candidates, and ensuring that our hiring processes align with employment standards and company policies.

You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective hiring strategies to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify the most suitable candidates for the role.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet our business needs.
• Ensure that our hiring processes align with employment standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of job openings and candidate progress.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment standards and company policies.
• Ability to source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
