About the Role
In this International BPO role at Waterleaf Consultants Private Limited, you'll be working in a dynamic voice process environment, handling international customer calls in Hindi and English. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients across the globe. You'll be part of a team that operates on a rotational shift, including US night shifts, and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls in Hindi and English, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients across the globe.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Meet productivity and quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to discussions on customer feedback, sales performance, and process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduation or post-graduation degree (2022-2025 passout)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
