About the Role
In this role as a CRO- Telemarketing Executive at Water Today, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in Hindi or Telugu to generate leads and drive sales. Your day-to-day tasks will involve interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions offered by Water Today. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and generate reports to track sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers in Hindi or Telugu to generate leads and drive sales.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions offered by Water Today.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and generate reports to track sales performance.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Water Today's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve sales techniques and stay ahead of the competition.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers in Hindi or Telugu.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Zoho applications, including CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 0-7 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
