About the Role
As an Hr Recruitment Intern at Wami Outsourcing Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various recruitment-related tasks, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in the recruitment process and help you develop essential skills in HR consulting. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist potential candidates for various job openings
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and maintain a smooth communication flow
- Update and maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and hiring decisions
- Assist in creating and publishing job postings on various platforms
- Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
