About the Role

As an Hr Recruitment Intern at Wami Outsourcing Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various recruitment-related tasks, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in the recruitment process and help you develop essential skills in HR consulting. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and shortlist potential candidates for various job openings
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and maintain a smooth communication flow
  • Update and maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and hiring decisions
  • Assist in creating and publishing job postings on various platforms
  • Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials
