About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Pune.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Pune market.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of business deals.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
