About the Role

This Figma Designer role at Waioz Consultancy Services involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for various software applications, websites, and marketing materials using Figma and other design tools. Key Responsibilities

• Design user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for software applications, websites, and mobile apps using Figma and other design tools.
• Develop visual identity and branding guidelines for the company and its clients.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure design requirements are met and integrated into the development process.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and team members.
• Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to improve design skills and processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and human-centered design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.
• Basic knowledge of web development and coding principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
