Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Field Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, pitching Vyapar solutions to potential clients, and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires mapping and visiting potential clients, showcasing product demos, closing sales, and meeting specified sales targets. The role also includes collecting customer feedback and collaborating with the internal team to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in pitching products, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to establish rapport with clients effectively. Customer Engagement: Experience in understanding customer needs and providing solutions that add value. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple client visits daily. Basic Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Android applications and an interest in technology-based solutions for businesses. Relevant Experience: Prior experience in field sales, particularly in software or B2B selling, is advantageous. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Other: Willingness to travel and work on-site daily in Mumbai, with a proactive and result-oriented attitude.
