About the Role
As an SAP HR Compensation & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP HR modules to ensure accurate and timely compensation and payroll processing for the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
Your day-to-day tasks will include data analysis, report generation, and troubleshooting issues related to compensation and payroll processing. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP HR modules to support compensation and payroll processing.
- Develop and maintain reports to track compensation and payroll data.
- Analyze data to identify trends and issues related to compensation and payroll processing.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to compensation and payroll processing.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HR modules.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP HR modules, including compensation and payroll processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certification in SAP HR, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management.
- Experience with data analysis and report generation using tools like SAP BusinessObjects or Excel.
