SAP BW/4HANA Consultant

About the Role

An SAP BW/4HANA Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and maintaining SAP Business Warehouse (BW) solutions on the HANA platform. This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing and configuring data models, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP systems.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data warehousing solutions to enhance business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP BW/4HANA data models, including data warehouses, data marts, and data cubes.
• Configure and customize SAP BW/4HANA to meet business requirements, including data loading, data transformation, and data reporting.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes between SAP BW/4HANA and other SAP systems, such as SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data warehousing solutions to meet those needs.
• Test and validate SAP BW/4HANA implementations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP BW/4HANA functionality and data management best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• SAP BW/4HANA certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data integration.
• Experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools, such as SAP Data Services and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
