About the Role
As an Operations Executive in the Career Services Team at Vrinda International, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless delivery of career services to clients. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing databases, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. Your role will be critical in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Career Services Team to plan, execute, and evaluate the success of career services initiatives.
- Manage databases and spreadsheets to track client interactions, service delivery, and team performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruitment teams.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in career services processes.
- Collaborate with the HR Tech team to implement and maintain HR systems and tools.
- Provide administrative support to the Career Services Team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of career services processes and policies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in data analysis and database management.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and career services principles.
- Familiarity with HR Tech systems and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in a career services or recruitment context.
