About the Role
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an International BPO Executive located in Jaipur. The International BPO Executive will interact with clients and customers across various regions, ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries promptly and effectively, facilitating communication, and maintaining records of interactions. The role requires proactive problem-solving, efficient time and workflow management, and adherence to organizational policies. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships Ability to problem-solve effectively and manage time efficiently Experience in handling client interactions through calls or email Proficiency in basic computer navigation, CRM tools, and software usage Adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment Dependable work ethic, attention to detail, and focus on accountability A minimum of a high school diploma; college degree preferred Previous experience in customer support or international BPO is advantageous
