Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and handle customer inquiries Familiarity with Technical Support processes and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues Analytical Skills to understand and resolve customer problems efficiently Problem-solving abilities and an empathetic approach to customer interactions Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage Working knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
